Vicci's Special Peanut Butter Tart
Ingredients
8 frozen tart shells
1/2 large container of cool whip (light), room temp
1/2 - 3/4 C Adams All Natural Peanut Butter
1 sugar free chocolate bar or eaqual parts unsweetened chocolate w/sugar free chocolate bar
2 tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
- Cook tart shells per instuctrion on box, let cool.
- Melt chocolate over double boiler, add cream, should be thickish.
- Spread chocolate over bottom of cooled tart shells, to make thick layer.
- In electric mixer, mix cool whip and peanut butter until fluffy.
- Place peanut butter mixture into piping bag, pipe into tart shells.
- place in fridge until ready to eat.
